Freight estimates from Perth

Estimates use Australia Post public Parcel Post rates effective 1 September 2026, postcode zones, and the greater of physical or cubic weight. Some carton sizes are retailer references; others are provisional packing allowances. Packages may travel in several cartons. The displayed range allows for packing variation and is not a live carrier booking. Final freight, packaging, extra cover and remote or oversized requirements are confirmed before payment.

Dispatch and transit

Transit starts after dispatch from Perth and excludes weekends and public holidays. Incoming ECUSHOP stock has no confirmed dispatch date. Perth-area parcels are estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch; major interstate routes at 5–8; regional and remote routes can take longer. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders can arrive in separate cartons.

Before returning a part

Contact support with your quote or order reference, the item and the reason for the return. Include clear details about a fault, incorrect item, damage or fitment concern. Wait for the return instructions so the item goes to the right place. Do not send an item to a supplier without confirming the arrangement.

Faults, damage and consumer rights

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what was agreed, tell us promptly so we can assess the issue. Available remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. This page does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind and special orders

Any change-of-mind arrangements, special-order conditions or cancellation terms are stated in the individual quote. Ask before accepting a quote if you need flexibility.
